Hi I'm Kelly,  

My husband Adam and I own Minimoor nursery, located in coastal Turakina. 

We purchased a dairy farm, converting it to sheep, beef and arable production. This left the milking shed and feed pad needing a new purpose. So started the Minimoor Nursery story, utilising and building on the existing infrastructure. Our team at Minimoor Nursery is now raising thousands of plants each year.

The Nursery supplies plants for various purposes, from large riparian and revegetation projects, to hedging and landscaping. 

Where possible our seeds are sourced locally and the plants are grown outdoors on an open (windy) site, making them hardy to local conditions and giving them a higher chance of success. 

We are passionate about natives and believe that small incremental steps can lead to big change if we all play our part. If you have a project large or small we would love to hear from you. Together we can transform landscapes into thriving ecosystems!
